I want more info and the early bird offer!
Wilders Plads 13 A
1403 København K

This course introduces transition design as a critical tool for change makers, leaders and boards to become more intentional about the long-term change their organisations contribute to within the systems they operate in. We present a unique model and framework for transition design that links day-to-day decisions with broader structural transformation.

Practical Details

Seats Available: 10 - 12 participants
Price: 8000 DKK
Format: In-person, 2-day intensive
Facilitators: Experts in design strategy and systemic change

Collapsing ecologies. Moral dissolution. Zero-sum politics. Hyper-aggressive masculinity. Loneliness and division fueled by tech oligarchs. Our very humanity challenged by wrongfully use of AI. Companies today face unprecedented complexity.

Traditional business strategies - often focused inward - are no longer sufficient. Today’s complex world demands that organisations see themselves as active participants in broader systems: environmental, social, political, and economic.

Transition design offers a way to balance short-term business impact with long-term systemic change. It bridges the pragmatic, hypothesis-driven mindset of design thinking with the holistic, multi-layered perspective of systems thinking.

If you are responsible for shaping strategic directions, driving transformation, or aligning stakeholders across projects and sectors, this course will equip you with tools to identify leverage points and co-create lasting systemic impact..

  • You’re responsible for driving change that sticks - across teams, organisations, or society.

  • You want to design not just for user needs, but for long-term systemic health.

Besides tools and new ways of working - you might leave with answers to some of the bigger questions

  • What cultural worldviews have led us into today’s poly- and meta-crises?

  • How are these worldviews systemically reproduced and perpetuated?

  • What more desirable futures can we imagine - together?

  • Where can we intervene to begin a transition journey towards a better future?
