Fundraising Manager (Transition Design Team)

We’re looking for someone with experience and passion for fundraising to help us scale our ambitions for meaningful change. You’ll be instrumental in unlocking new funding opportunities that support our systemic transition work.
About the role
As our Fundraising Manager, you’ll be part of the newly-formed Transition Design team at 1508 — a group of dedicated strategists working to facilitate deep, systemic change. We focus on responsibly designed digital experiences and guiding clients through complex transition journeys.
You’ll lead our fundraising efforts and help us secure the resources needed to fulfil our long-term impact ambitions.
Your responsibilities will include:
Identifying and tracking relevant funding opportunities — both in Denmark and internationally.
Leading or co-authoring funding applications
Building partnerships with research institutions and other collaborators.
Developing compelling narratives that communicate our mission to funders.
You have a strong track record in fundraising — whether from NGOs, research, startups, or other impact-driven sectors. Experience with tech, digital design, or systems thinking is a plus, but not a must.
