Marketing and Sales Manager

Are you a marketing professional with a flair for lead generation and conversion? Do you love working with a close-knit, passionate team? Are you ready to both strategise, coordinate and execute across communications, marketing, and sales? You may be our Marketing and Sales Manager.
About the role
In this job, you will:
Ensure sales and marketing activities are conducted effectively, meaningfully, and intentionally to strengthen 1508’s lead pipeline and conversion rate.
Create synergy between our marketing efforts and Client Lead team.
Develop insight and understanding of our current and future customers and markets.
Design and execute annual activity calendar for 1508 marketing and communications that is connected to our sales funnel.
Work with our sales funnel in close collaboration with Client Lead team in Hubspot.
Ensure that we are maximizing our use of Hubspot to create greater connection between sales and marketing.
Develop a channel strategy and lead conversion journey.
Use that strategy to communicate in the right places with the right content by structuring and aligning our communications efforts.

Qualifications
We imagine that you:
Have at least 3-5 years of experience in either marketing or sales, and demonstrated a talent for both.
Can demonstrate that you have worked with improving lead generation and conversion.
Have a proven track record with digital communication platforms, including website, social media, newsletter marketing, paid advertising, and more.
We would also be curious to hear more if you have experience with writing fund applications.
