Qualifications
We are looking for a UX Designer to join our Copenhagen team with a minimum of 2+ years of experience. We are looking for someone who is comfortable in the journey from getting your hands dirty in a research phase, transforming those insights into concepts and carrying that into actual digital experiences.
We hope you recognize yourself in most of the following qualifications:
- You embrace creative problem-solving and critical reflection from multiple perspectives.
- You have a human-centered approach and translate insights into meaningful questions that can inform concept and direction. You can prototype concepts deeply rooted in research that can be tested to iterate or pivot.
- You have solid facilitation skills and enjoy finding new ways to engage people and effectively move a group of people forward.

About the role
You will join the UX team and work with designers, client leads and creative techs in the projects you join. We are design thinking practitioners who are eager to learn through hypotheses, prototypes, and experiments, to devise new solutions that make an impact.
Our workflow is dynamic – there will be weeks with a high pace and weeks with time dedicated to deep-diving into the details e.g., detailed prototypes.
You will have the opportunity to continuously develop and hone your UX skills and profile. The UX team at 1508 has a broad skillset. We thrive on feedback and sparring, enjoy experimenting, taking initiative, and making ideas tangible.
