Morten Wischmann, Business Lead in Danske Banks Future Financing department, was the speaker at this Morgenbooster. Morten talked about how the team in Future Financing creates new digital services for the bank's business clients through agile innovation and an attempt to create digital disruption within the core of a large company.
In January 2016, the new innovation unit was formed in Danske Bank's Business Banking in a former branch at Frederiksberg. Since then, things have gone quick with a bunch of new services on the market and a lot more in the pipeline. Recently, the team moved to larger rooms in Copenhagen and more clever people have joined the now 40+ big team.
At the Morgenbooster, Morten shared the journey from January 2016 to today, and then the learnings - on how you will have both success and defeats in the attempt to create innovation in a large company - were discussed.
