Many organizations experience problems in reaching selected target groups. Messages remain unanswered, mails unopened and phone calls unreturned. Typically, consent is missing and contact data is incomplete or non-existent.

It could be the pharmaceutical company that cannot get through to relevant health professionals, it could be the public authority that has problems getting through with important messages, or it could be the pension company that finds that members do not act or react for years.

Sometimes you may need to realize that your communication is simply not relevant enough. Other times, you may need to try something else.
